not like anyone ever reads this but on well....

Just remembering my days back in Indian Dance. They were a lot of fun and the dances were do energetic and graceful.
The songs were also very poetic if you know the meaning. Also they make some songs out of things we never really write about over here. One of the most memorable for me is ~Nimbooda~. Its a whole song is about a girl asking for a small lemon to help ward of the "evil eye". My favorite bollywood song is ~Dholi Taro Dhol Baaje~ from ~Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam~. I wish a lot of modern songs would do some random topics. It would make them a lot more memorable instead of the same old "oh she left me", "Ooo I want you girl", or the ever so popular "I'm so hot" songs. I have to give country music kudos on that though. They are a bit more out of the book in song writing and i give them a gold star for that. Where else can you here a song about beer, deer ticks, actual hound dogs, farm equipment, and fake IDs on Myspace. Anyway below are link to a few of the bollywood songs I mentioned.
